Clerical Priests of Protection are well known for their unusually adept ability to give benedictions of special protection. Having concentrated their intelligence and time toward learning the techniques of preservation, they are nearly unlearned in all but the most basic methods of destruction. Although this makes it difficult to strike back, there is little able to penetrate the cleric's mighty defenses to begin with.
