In his youth this young halfling kid always dreamed of having limitless fun in his life when he grew up. Born alone in the streets of Elvenhame and raised by a family who had to hide in the sewers of Glyndane because of the rulings against halflings. His race was prejudged as thieves by some population because of their stealing habits. Kontina always assumed stealing as a way of survival and way to gain enjoyment from life. To this point he hasn't been noticed by many members of society while as he has made his moves to improve himself per his families teachings. He worked hard to make his living, but also had greater goals. With the wisdom following his family, he carried a great goal hidden under his thief training. His family always taught him that size does not matter when it comes to changing the world. After living hidden, scared for centuries halflings began to excel in the arts of stealth and shadow...this was thought as a way of survival, a strong tool for Kontina. He followed his guts and instincts when he was alone in the cities, never trying to get more then he needed, and always did sought to keep a balance of his own when saw people fighting. Stealing a weapon from the strong and planting it upon the week or using stealth tactics to change things around for the lesser being without being noticed. Kontina enjoyed the fun part in this but also enjoyed being able to manipulate life and outcomes using his diminutive size. Seeking to achieve more and more, one day he found his quick hands in the pockets of the mortal embodiment of Lord Riallus. It was too late for him however, and he was caught. As a punishment, his memories were taken from him and with them, everything he ever knew of his trade. skills, Now lost, he was forgotten for a time. Never losing hope, he trained hard, working his way back toward an elite stature. One day while wandering in the ruins of an ancient city, he noticed a temple that contained a portal flanked by the heads of dragons. Kontina had an uneasy feeling in the pit of his stomach yet could not resist the allure of the many gems and diamonds that lay set in the stone. He began to pry the gems from their home, yet as he did, the portal began to glow brightly, then....nothing. Kontina found himself in a very dark place surrounded by a thick grey mist. He wandered around, for a time, eternally lost in as he walked for what seemed like forever. After many years he came upon a huge fortress, one made entirely from smoke, no walls or shadows to hide nor any ground to walk on silently. That was his nightmare, a place he would be visible and vulnerable to everything and everyone. There he found that he had entered the nightmare realm and the fortress of Lord Huerkin. The hungry troll attacked the sneaky halfling on sight! Kontina was wielding only a small knife, the last he had. he called upon all the skills and tactics he had developed, but the brutal strength of Huerkin combined with his having no place to hide forced him to give himself up and sacrifice himself to the heavens. Huerkin tearing off his left arm and chewing on it was the last image that remained in his mind. He woke up in a stone temple where Lord Riallus was standing next to him. He was told that his courage and beliefs have given him the honor of something he has always wished for. Kontina has been granted a place in the heavens. He has been asked to carry on his family training and the Code of the Thieves Guild...to represent his kind in the clouds forever. Rules of Worship Holy Days
