Here are the updates I've made in the past few days that I can recall off the top of my head.
Gold bracelet and diamond necklace from dragon tower were given limits equal to their level
gem-studded ring also given limits
ring of rock channeling, long the source of gold for many, now has a limit befitting its high level. Still worth the gold if it is in, you won't be able to get them repeatedly as you could today.
Additional changes made, old covenant house has been updated for delapidation, room of invasion has been removed due to a cave in.
That's what I can think of at the moment.
