The Immortals of Dark Mists support the growth and education of both Immortals and players in and outside the game. Immortals have the opportunity to learn about many of the inner workings of a software product as well as game and social theory. Players have told us that some of the experiences within Dark Mists, such as tough interviews for joining Houses, have helped them in their real life social interactions, aiding them in getting that extra point for a grade or actually landing a real job.
We believe the potential here is amazing, and wherever we can -- without bringing too much of the real world's pressures down upon our heads -- we will strive to help in that growth.

A student of Middle East Technical University in Turkey is working on a Master degree where our help is needed. You can find the survey in several forms:
