And then it began... All Soul's Day
marked the beginning of Thera's week-long journey to commemorate the passing
of our departed brethren, to pay homage to those whose forms hath returned
to earth and whose spirits now inhabit another plane of existence. During
those seven moons, a void in time and space hath been be created to allow
those of the spirit world to intermingle with those of the living. All wert
wary, for some of those visitors wert restless!
The following events wert completed:
Horrific Disfiguration Competition - All wert
invited to partake in the donning of a ghastly countenance within Spirit Week
that would capture the favour of a deity to grant the gruesome creature a
miniature carved pumpkin, assuring a spot in this challenge.
First prize goeth to the freakishly gruesome apparition of
Mejdrin!
Second prizes goeth to the terrifyingly hideous countenances of
Lerento,
Cylan,
Rhyae,
Qezaqi,
and Nilslyn!
Recognitions wert given to the remainder of the appalling visages: Iliniloplis,
Calerious, Norzik, Twrgadorn, Vintaru, Cacophableh, Waegu, Fislet and Ilztrysn.
OOC: The final fifteen contestants out of eighteen selected all had very
frightening descriptions, and 'twas a difficult deliberation. Immortal judgments
wert based both on attention to detail and appropriate choice of words. The descriptions

Gourd and Pumpkin Collection Contest - On the seventh
moon of Spirit Week, participants sought and gathered gourds and pumpkins strewn all
over Thera; some wert in plain sight, whilst some wert held by various creatures.
The one who acquired the most wast Ilztrysn, and the runner-up wast Azul!
They wert able to gather eighteen and fourteen gourds/pumpkins, respectively.
